William "Billy" Murray: President

Bill Murray owns M & M Drilling. Bill Murray has been in the Water Well Drilling his whole life starting from working behind the drills and then moving into management and ultimately owning the company. Bill has served on the board of the Alberta Water Well Association.

Jeannette Murray: Office Manager

Jeannette Murray is Bill Murray's wife and the Office Manager. Jeannette is in charge of managing the finances such as Accounts Payables, Receivables and Payroll. Jeannette also organizes many of the activities that occur at M & M. She is responsible for the design and concept for the award winning floats that M & M enters annually into Strathmore Heritage Days Parade.

Edwin "Ed" Miller: Operations Manager

Ed is the longest serving employee of M & M Drilling and a long term well system installer. Ed now manages the day to day operations of the company insuring that the work gets done in a timely, quality minded manner.

Shannon Zieman: Health & Safety Manager

Shannon is the company health and safety manager in charge of insuring that M & M is compliant with government and industry occupational health and safety standards. Shannon also insures all employees have their safety tickets. She runs the annual internal safety audit and insures the company is ready for the external audits when due.

Charlotte "Mom" Watson: Office Assistant

Charlotte is the first person you will probably talk to when you call M & M. She is in charge of scheduling well testing for real estate tests and for oil companies. She also acts as the unofficial "den mother" for the crews with all the goodies that she bakes and all the rough spots she smooths out. If there wasn't a Charlotte it would be necessary to invent her. M & M benefits from her being here in so many ways.

Melinda "Short Stuff" McInnis: Office Assistant

Melinda is our tireless data entry person who also might be the first person you will talk to. She is in charge of entering all drilling and well test reports as well pump truck billing sheets onto the computer. Her other role is to decipher the assorted scribbles of various workers and does this extremely well.
