M & M has openings from time to time for Drillers Assistants, Well System Installers and General Labourers.

M & M Drilling is a water well drilling company which is significantly different than the "big rigs". We follow the standard work week from Monday to Friday with work beginning at 7:00 a.m. and the work day can be finished earlier or later depending on where the job stands. Obviously if you are running casing it might be a late day as you can't stop once you've started. M & M can't pay the wages that one gets on the "big rigs" because we drill for water and not oil. However we offer much more. M & M is a family oriented company where we do a lot of things together such as annual campouts and community involvement activities if you work for M & M you'll feel like a part of the family too. We work hard but we work hard together.

If you stay with M & M there will be an opportunity to apprentice as a driller, or move into well system installation. It is up to your ambition and your determination.
