• Banks require sufficient water before they will mortgage a property, usually they want the minimum Alberta water well requirement of 3 gallons per minute or a cistern capable of meeting the normal daily requirements of a family.

• If you have a test done before you list the property, you have another valuable tool useful in selling the property as the potential buyer knows beforehand that sufficient water exists and if it is suitable for human use. 

There are two things that humans cannot live for long without and that is oxygen or water. However most people don't think about water until they turn on the tap and nothing comes out. You can ease your buyers mind, save your client trouble and maximize asking price with a real estate test. It is something you don't want to leave until the last minute.
